You can delete your Cedar Mart Demo account and the personal data in it at any time, and nobody has to approve it. There are two ways.
The code exists so that a mis-tap — or somebody holding your unlocked phone — cannot destroy your account. Deletion happens immediately once the code is accepted.
Write to support@quiska.com from the email address on the account, with the subject “Delete my account”. Tell us which app or business it is for and the phone number you used, so we can find the right account. We confirm when it is done.
A driver’s account is created by the business they drive for: ask that business, or write to us and we will delete it. Deleting a business owner’s account does not delete the business’s customers’ accounts — those belong to the customers. A business owner deletes their own account in the Quiska app: Manage my business › Your account › Delete my account, then confirm with the code we email you. If you are the business’s only owner, the business and its apps close too; its orders and rides stay in the books without your name. A plan bought through the App Store or Google Play is billed by the store: cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play subscriptions. You can also email us from the owner’s address and we will do it with you, including exporting what you want to keep.
Support conversations and ratings are handled the same way — kept for the business’s record, detached from your identity. Anything you told us about why you left is stored with no link to you at all.
There is no restore. A wallet balance, loyalty points and any unused reward are lost with the account — if you have a balance, spend it first. A Quiska plan bought through Apple or Google must also be cancelled in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions, because the store bills it.
